What is Electronic Box under Passenger seat 94 disco?

1994 Disco I, 3.9L v8. What is the electronic box located under the front passenger seat?

CD Player? Not sure about '94 but I know '96 its the cd changer.

On my 95, it has an led readout of error codes.

On every other NAS LR it is the CD changer.

95 and before had the CD changer under the driver's seat and the box you are referring to is the fault code readout, as previously mentioned.
