what the hell am i doing
My 99 Disco has not run right from day one. I had misfires, got those cleared up but waiting for parts to come my cats got washed down(dont get me started) i am pretty sure that there is something drivers side front that needs tightend down(havnt had time but i clunks when i start driving after reversing) my brakes just went out, and my steering is wobbly, and thats not even getting into the little things that annoy me....
and yet i am still shopping for crap i dont need (i.e. brush guard, tires, lift kits, snorkels.... ) not to mention i ignore my wife's comments about how much she hates this car and she "knew it was a mistake"
am i insane??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, yes you are.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Rovers.
Either you love them and put up with all of their crap or you hate them and sell it at the first sign of trouble.
You are beyond help.

i just cant help it ... even with my issues i drive down the road and think about the fact that my "little" guy is hungry and really really really wants to eat that fiat 500 driving 30kph in front of me ..... or occasionally he asks for a wrangler
Dude - does your fiance (sig) know about your wife (post)?
(I won't mention that one "e" at the end fiance means a man that is to be married - two "e"'s is a woman - oops - did I say that out loud?) ;-)

same person...colorado residence(common law) and my company only pays for all our stuff if we use the term "wife"; so its kind of a back and forth depending on who i am talking to.... and it makes me feel like an idiot saying it.... but hey if i was with someone of the same sex, i could just say domestic partner(which is what i tried int he first place... got shot down on that one ... so they said ... "well could it be that you are common law" i said "why yes that is it"/..... doesnt seem to matter we have a 2 year old together and she has been on my taxes for 4 years..... if she was a boy though and moved in yesterday ... COVERED..... go figure..... i mean i believe in equal rights... but is that really equal?
Thats far from equal rights, you cant just live with a woman and she be covered but if you were gay and had a boyfriend he'd be covered? Thats messed up.
But hey, you didnt make the rules right?
Make the most of it and move on right?

the way it was explained to me was that it was their way of providing coverage for significant others in same sex relationships because "marriage" was not an option for them. so it really is the fault of the state is what they said... i kind of tend to agree up to a point, but what ticked me off is that there is no type of qualifying criteria for them, none just there word, just ok sure here you go... but i need documents.... if there was like .. have you lived together for X amount of time... or "do you share bills or a bank account" or "can you claim this person as a dependent" then yeah sure go for it....but they have none of those requirements... even me claiming common law has to meet those requirements. and we have a KID together... and no breaksin residing together or the status of our relationship
