What is the largest tire..

you can put on a DII (diameter and width) without rubbing.

Also, can you put new RR wheels on a 2000 disco?

you can put range rover wheels on a Discovery series 2 only the P38 wheels and the New range rover wheels. Note the P38 RR and the Disco 2 share the same frame and axles. and the largest tire I not to sure no this on but I would assume about 31" without a suspension mod.
