Are you sure its the A pillor, as having had alot of water in mine, I found it was not A pillor, but a rust hole under the bottom of the screen, but as I was fixing that, I found that most of the water was getting in passed the grommet that is on the heated screen cables an there is one ob each side,

OK have you checked if your sunroof seals are good, When I started looking for a leak my headliner was soaked, it ran across the top od the screen to the A pillor and dripped ont my sterring wheel, when I got a ladder and checked my sun roof I could move ir side to side, and front to rear, abolutly no seal at all, OK so to fix the sun roof seal you have to remove the sun roof but before you do that you have to remove the headliner, these are not hard jobs I can point you at the video to watch so you can do it your self, just so you know I was younger then, in my very early 70is

how did you get that off without breaking it? I’m in the same boat I had leaks from the sunroof drain systems (fixed) I have current leak from the screws (inside) holding sunroof up (not bad but enough tos top me from putting the headliner back on) top two corners of my windshield get a drop or two.. and when spraying it down (2004 Land Rover discovery) water comes in from the seams of the door frame (down the A pillor along and under the frame seal (I believe) and somewhere under the dash.. (I have the carpet stripped out and lower side panel and boot cover off so can see it dripping down.

Hi Andy, not sure what bit your talking about, if it the wiper seal, as mine was rusty it had blow a gap in the seal surface so I used a 1 inch paint scraper to getly remove the rest

i dont have sunroofs however i did seal it up mostly with gasket sealer on inside and outside some sealer that seemed to harden up but cant remeebr what it was but it was bizarre i literally could not see a hole anywhere but if water splashed on me from outside it was like there wasnt a windshield and came from everywhere... was magic lol. I sealed it all up and so far Im leak free except i remembered when I installed the oil pressure gauge I drilled a small hole to run wires but forgot to add a gromet.. I need seal that up too lol
