Default What should I replace?

I purchased a 2003 DII 2 years ago, it was in good condition at the time.
Things are now starting to wear out.
The watts bearing is gone in the rear suspension, and the front end is loose.
I plan on rebuilding it this summer, is there anything I should be really paying attention to? I was thinking of ball joints, wheel bearings, etc....

Should I use OEM parts or are aftermarket parts OK?

Any guidance greatly appreciated!

OK, where to start

What is loose in the front end, tie rods, ball joints, steering damper, steering box?
Have you crawled under there and taken a look to see whats not right?
Have you or do you know how to check a ball joint for play?
Wheel bearing? Do you have funky grinding or noise while driving?

OEm or aftermarket - Terrafirma does great steering linkage bars. and obviously, if you are doing a full bushing kit, aftermarket is way to go...

You got to give us a little more than you did.
