Stock you can run 30" no problems, maybe 31" if you want to push it. On a 3" lift you should be able to fit 33"s with room to spare. All of this with no trimming of course.
You should definitely consider a new OME suspension though, the stock LR coils will start to sag as early as 60-80k miles and a new set up is well worth the money. I'll be getting mine in a few weeks assuming finances permit.

I could see where a M/T would rub in the rear with no trimming.
IMO, when I mounted up the 245/75, I did have to remove the front mud flaps off the factory running boards
