that's actually what i was thinking of trying out you can find alot more technical specs on wires from MSD and the super conductors are amazing on my old mustang!!!
8.5 mm with less then 50 ohms of resistance per foot is insane!! by far the best wire for the price ($65$ a set) from summit racing ill probably go this route just to see how it works out
