Along with the above advice: I'd test the coolant for exhaust gasses. If the test results = negative, offer a firm 9,200 and negotiate a solid warranty. Bottom line is if they ain't leaking now, they will soon.

10k but do a title check and make sure it did not come to SC recently via NY, PA or Conn.

GREAT advice!

And for a comparison, I paid a dealer $6300 for a 2003 S with 92k miles. It is immaculate, not a dent or tear anywhere. 4 new tires, recent service, no leaks when I got it, but now the power steering pump leaks a little. SUPER solid driving. Cleanest one I saw out of the 2 dozen or so I looked at (private and dealer).

There is no way in hell I would pay 12k for one of these trucks...lol
