Default Wheel speed sensor questions

Has anyone been successful with used wheel speed sensors? Also, do you need the little bracket behind the hub for it?

I reused my own sensors when I bought new hubs because my old ones had no issues; I put the new ones in baggies. I know, crazy. But they worked (and still do, years later).

I would keep the brackets in place to prevent any chafing with the boots. The wire is exceeding thin, and if the cable got in a bind and you turned, you'd risk tugging the wire enough to stretch them to uselessness.

Do you not have the brackets?

I can probably get you some tomorrow or Sunday. I'll give it a shot. I'll let you know whether I do and just charge you postage, if you want them. I'm getting some things from a parts rover this weekend.

I got a reprieve on the donor truck. Hang tight and I'll do my best. Another member is coming to get the hubs and when he does I'll grab the brackets.
