Question Wheels interchange ?

Hello.
What years 16 inch aluminium wheels fit a 2003 hub and nuts ?
Not caring about design, preetiest, ugliest, 5 spokes, 6 spokes... Does Freelander - Range - others - BMW fit ?

Heck with hub centric rings you can run LR3, LR4, RRS, RR, and newer Defender wheels along with their lug nuts.

This interests me as well. I would like to get another set of 16" wheels for my 2000 D2 but they are hard to find. But there are LOTS of 17/19/20" RR wheels available and I am wondering which ones might fit. Also, what models besides the P38 have the large flange nuts I have on my D2?

I think P38 is the only other Land Rover that has the identical wheels that fit with no adapters needed.

Some BMW wheels also fit, but they're not designed to handle the same amount of weight so use at your own risk IMHO.

I can confirm modern RRS/RR will fit no adapters, I have a D2 fitted with them. For those wanting 16" (I can also confirm superior ride quality and excellent low pressure off-road traction ) look for a local breaker of D2's. Wheels are expensive to ship.
