where to get the little fuel rail clip thing? not the ones that hold the injectors

the little black thing where the fuel line plugs in. what's it called? where can i get one?

I was referring to that little thing in the picture. Post 1. I thought that was the female capture of the fuel line clip... I could be wrong.
