Default 95 Land Rover Discovery not geting fuel to injectors

Hi all i have a 95 land rover discover with a 4.0 motor. I had it quit runing over the winter and am now am trying to repair it. I replaced the fuel pump and been trying to reduce the possibilities. The rover with start with carb cleaner and it geting fuel to the rail i also made sure it was geting spark so i am kind of at a loss. I think it might be thr crankshaft sensor or fuel regulator. Have any ideas would love your feed back thanks

I had the same problem, turned out a $2 vacuum hose was the culprit...

Check fuel rail pressure at schraer valve, should be 32-34 PSI, if good, that lets the regulator off the hook. Could also be sensors, they can usually be unplugged and tested with an ohm meter. FP regulator is a vacuum operated device.

IMHO using starter spray for these sorts of tests is not in your best interest - hard on the motor.

I'm just guessing here, bad fuel pressure regulator.
