After watching the video, it sounds like the frequency of the chirp is related to speed and not engine RPM. If that's the case, then the source of the chirp is between the trans and the wheels.

That's what I was thinking...its just hard to pinpoint a sound when it only happens when you're driving and it's under the car somewhere. Lol I'll have to do a full rundown of the drivetrain and see if I can find anything that looks funky.
