Only thing left off your list is starter, ignition coils and crank position sensor. All are pretty easy jobs and relatively low cost.

Have her check the coolant level once a week at least.

That takes care of the driving part, but what if a sunroof sticks open, or window sticks down? Pop the door panels off and grease the window regulator tracks - window problem sorted. Tell her not to use the sunroof while you are out, or pull the sunroof motors and do the full waterproofing.

Thanks for this. Fortunately?? Somebody sealed the front sunroof with RTV so it won’t be usable at all until I correct it.
