Default will i run rich if my cats got jasked by washdown from previous misfire

im throwing 1313 and 1314 as well. and have brand new o2 sensors all around.... im thinking i may have screwed up the cats.... will this cause it to run rich?

Oddly enough, I got this code today also. I called Expedition Autoworks here in the MSP area & they said the message id sorta backwards logic, It means that there was a misfire detected that MIGHT damage the cats, not that the cats are damaged & now you have a misfire.

see i dont have the actual misfire message anymore and have cleared the codes several times. the 1313 1314 codes keep coming back and they are being thrown at during warm up and only during warm up ...

I only have 1313, but it sounds like we are in the same boat, trying to find the misfire. Mine is running fine, so it must be intermittent as well.

How long has it been since you replaced your sensors? I think you did plugs too? have you done wires?

If the codes are coming back, based on your other codes showing, you have damaged the cats. There are no current misfires showing so it is time to either buy a new "Y" pipe or go to a local muffler shop and have the cats replaced with good after market replacements.

yeah thats it .... just those two right now.... and i am running brand new bosch +4 fusions
