Default Window motor replacement help!

Good morning crew- purchased a new rear passenger window motor the other day, grabbed the rave and set out to replace (stuck in the down position) BUT the bolts holding the glass aren't "lined" up to remove them- I tried a little elbow grease to get them into position to be able to see them, but to no avail.

Has anyone dealt with this before or have any tips? Thanks much!!!

PS: it's been VERY rainy, floody, soggy here in Tampa lately, so a hasty resolution is needed! Haha

I have.

You have to completely unbolt the assembly and lower it until you spy the screws/bolts/nuts (I can't remember which) that hold the window on the track then remove them while you hold it in place.
