Window Rust

I have some rust on those window rail things and was wondering are these replaceable or do I need to do some sort of body work?

You would need to replace the whole window frame, and then good luck finding a used one not rusted too.
Clean it, prime it, paint it.

exactly. you can bondo a crater or hole too. there will probably be other spots youll need to do now or soon.

Have a similar problem on mine only its at the bottom. I plan on bulling the frame out out of window (which is actually not to hard to do) and sanding/grinding the rust off and then filling and painting.
