My windshield needs replacing and I am trying to figure out what I want to have on hand for the installer for when it is replaced. Using it as an excuse to replace the A-pillar trim as well.

So far I have:

Heated Windshield CMB000300
Top Finisher: DCB101510
Lower Cowl kit JAK000010PMA
Right A pillar kit: DCB500060PMAGK
Left a pillar kit: DCB500070PMA

Anything else I should have?

 

I recommend this aftermarket cowl trim strip instead. I have it for the past couple of years.

The factory trim strip provides inadequate coverage, ie, tends to distort over time from heat and sun damage, thus allowing water to leak underneath. The aftermarket version works much better.

Trim DD1205-25. Expensive for the base 25-feet length, but you can split the cost with others as you will only need about 5'.

 

Don’t forget the fasteners for the a pillar covers.
