Want to pull the windshield trim and molding to reseal the windshield. Can't seem to find the rubber trim that goes around the windshield. Is it unobtainium or is my Google Fu failing me

 

False alarm think I found it. Can it be removed and replaced or does it have to be replaced if removed?

Any advice on safe removal

 

I just replaced my windscreen in the fall. The removal process seems to irreparably bend the metal inside the moulding. The repair team had to do a "do-over" which unfortunately resulted in having to buy a second replacement!

 

If you're talking about DCB101510, the finisher/concealer that goes across the top of the windshield, you're probably better off replacing it. The part should still be available at the dealer.
