windshield washer does not come on

Thats what i thought too. the spring works but no air passes through. i replaced with a normal one and tested the system work finally - yes success!!
now i need to look up close to see if i can fix this.
Back spray still have issue. motor works but no spray.
where is the spray nozzle for back?
