Default Windshield wiper issue

So last winter I tried clearing too much snow of the windshield of my 2000 discover 2 and they shut off, now the washing sprayer won't work neither will the wipers so I know it isn't motor because the sprayer would still work, so I checked the fuse and its fine, I tried putting another relay from under the hood In place of the wiper relay, still no luck, suggestions?

So you have driven all spring/summer and now fall without wipers?

There is more than one fuse involved. Here is the schematic from the RAVE, you'll want to check F26 and F19 inside the truck and F4 under the hood. Sounds like stalk switch to me.

I havnt had the rig on the road yet unfortunately =\ hoping to get it registered today, just gotta figure out the wiper problem first, I just need it fixed for winter as I live in northern New Hampshire and my other vehicle is a 2wd s10 haha.
Another problem I am having is when I put the truck into park it makes a clicking noise, I was thinking parking pin, is that an accurate assumption? And are they hard/ most importantly an expensive part to replace?

Stalk switch is the unit that pokes out of the steering column. Turn wheel 90 degrees to access it. There is a solenoid interlock for the shifter, I believe you have to get at it via console.

The switch is a possibility, as is the motor, but before throwing parts at it do a test. Can you take your hand and move the wipers manually back and forth across the window, if so start by resetting where you want the wipers to rest then tighten the pivot nut on each wiper.

I dont think its the switch, I'm with Mike, loose wiper arm nuts.
Worse case you stripped the gears in the wiper transmission.
