I have a 2003 Discovery, and the windshield wipers worked fine. Then it got really cold over the winter and at one point the Windshield wipers were frozen to the windshield when I tried to turn them on. I let the car warm up and tried them again once they were de-thawed, but nothing happend. They have not worked since.

Any one have any advice on what to check first, second or third. I am new to the Disco world, just picked this one up in October.

 

I have gone through 2 motors in my 03
you can take it apart and see if you have power to motor,

 

Start with the fuse - and I believe the wipers have their own relay - can swap relays to test.
Unsure of the relay location though - would need to Google that.
