my windshield wipers while on intermitant have a weired timming thing going on, they seem to stop at differant points every time. when i put the windshield wipers on normal they work but when i go to turn them of they just stop where ever they are when they are TURNED OFF???

 

The park sensor integrated into the motor assembly is bad. I don't think it's available separately form the motor.
