D1 arms for the win definitely. Bought mine off a forum member here, $30 shipped, can't beat it. Sweet simplicity.

I have 19" Rainex Latitude blades on both driver's a pass sides with no problems.

Are Bosch Icon's better than Rainex? By "better" that would have to be "last longer" because there's no way any blade could wipe glass more perfectly than the Rainex blades. It gets every drop of water with every wipe.

I went with the Bosch based on many many reviews I read of both the RainX and the Bosch. Bosch was just overall rated a better wiper. Can't tell you the difference because i never bought the RainX.

That's true, any DI owner will give up their wiper arms for free, just make sure not to tell them, you get them in the middle of the night when no one's watching, and they don't own a gun just in case

Thumbs up trico neoform beam wiper blades

You need the new arms, but once you do, go with the trico neoforms. I've been using them for quite a while and actually switched from icons. IMO they perform great, look great, are super quiet and are by far the least expensive top-of-the-line blade available.

BTW - Here's the rear wiper blade replacement too

Thanks to all for the feedback. I've got the D1 arms/caps taken care of- and am fairly well settled on the Bosch Icon blades. Lots of different opinions on sizes- some say 21", some 19 & 18"....does it matter? BI's labeled A & B- are they interchangeable? Thoughts? Thanks again!

All D2's run 21" wiper, anything else is too small and gives less coverage.

19" - Driver's Side (A)
18" - Passenger's Side (B)

Just bought some Icon's today for my Mazda 3, it's raining cats and dogs and they are working like a dream! I'll be putting them on the Rover when the time comes....

I've got a 19" on the ds, and an 18" on the ps, and they are perfect. Any bigger and they'd be off the windscreen and I'd be wiping the roof.

I switched to the DI arms, currently running 22" drivers side and 19" passenger side. Works great.

trico makes a 21" exact fit for the D2 arms, model number is 21-11. i found them at a local discount auto parts store for $20-ish... seem to work well so far. central florida is pretty rainy in season, so i might end up switching arms to have more options - but the trico's are a good quick fix.
