Wipers do not return
Hello Land Rover lords! I have a 96 discovery I am thoroughly enjoying. The wipers work fine until I turn them off. Then they either stop in position or shudder to their return position. I have to turn them off right when I need it down. The intermittent settings have the same probem. The wipers start out fine but then stop at different positions. Any help would be appreciated.
