Looks like a mouse was in there. That sucks. I'd cut out the damaged wires and solder in new ones with heatshrink shielding. I'd seal the ends of the heatshrink with liquid electrical tape or RTV. That's a really crappy place to be soldering, for sure! Good luck!

There are easy to use soldering joints which come with heat shrink for that. You don't need a soldering iron.

There is no plug and play it is the vehicle wiring harness it is a repair job. Solder is it or the no solder connectors that is it.

If you have limp mode you can drive it, not fast but it will drive. And it looks like animal damage to me.

Not animal damage. It's from a ForkLift.

How many MPH in limp mode ?

Do you need a shop or can I do this in the field ? IS this the part ?

That is probably the part, but that's a hell of a price to pay for something that will take a LOT of work to install. You will probably need to pull the centre console from inside the truck and remove the shifter plate to get to the top of the transmission.
The top photo looks like it may be one of the O2 sensors, which could even plug into a whole different harness.
