Default Wiring help needed on 98 LSE

I am hoping someone can help me out in suggesting where I can tap into the electrical system to add a hot-all-the-time cigarette lighter. Any suggestions? Is there anywhere around the seats where I can tap in?

The obivous choice is the battery. Actually, there is a screw post in the main fuse box (right next to the battey). You'll have to pull the cover off then the large fuse cover to find. You can thread the wire thru the firewire. Don't forget to add an inline fuser near where you tap into the battery. Good luck.
