Called Pasadena and Cerritos and could not give me an answer.

Pasadena has been very weak. That is why I do not go to the dealers any more. I review my windshield and appears that it does not have any heating elements.

My local dealer in Pasadena has been very weak in customer service. They are probably under staff or they just have high turnover of employees. Both of my local dealers could not tell me whether or not my car came with electrical/power windshield. I came to the conclusion that perhaps in 95, American model were not equipped with the upgrade.

Thank you for all your help! I will take the disco to a my local glass shop. They will mount a new shield for 150.00.

I got a deal due to the fact I worked for a local transmission shop.

George from Pasadena,

If your glass is heated, you'll likely be able to see the vertical squiggly metal heating elements inside it. If your truck is actually equipped for it, there will be a button in your fascia panel, usually above the rear-window-deicer button (ie: top right; at least, this is where it was on the D2's) for it.

In my case, I have the glass, but not the button.
