Default Won't run

I have a 2001 disco ll when I push the gas paddle it die out change the fuel pump and mass air flow do any one have an idea what it could be

So you now have fuel preasure at the fuel rail?

Throttle Position Sensor - unplugged (it will work on stored default value) or bad (values can be seen with a scanner). Fuel pressure would be good to know, but getting to that test point is not very easy.

Leak between MAF and engine (un-metered air). Blocked air filter?

Any engine codes present? If no code scanner, a parts store usually will read for free, write down the numbers and post back here.

Do you have any faults code numbers, if so what are they?
