Default Wont Start, Flashers Going

2004 Disco runs smooth and normal. following day wont start and flashers went on all the time. Car got immobilized. Not sure what caused it. Check forum for answers, tried all codes and technique but still not starting. Might have exceeded the number of trials I made. But, To have the car towed to dealer plus dealer rates will be way out of budget. Help needed.
My question:, if I replace the ECU and BCU, will it do the tick? Will I be able to start and run disco again? Any suggestions? Thanks

Inertia switch, located under the hood against the firewall.

Push it back down.

So long as it's not defective, the 4 ways should stop flashing, and the truck should start without issue.

If you replace the ECU, it will have to be reprogrammed to sync with the BCU. this is a 10 second easy job for the proper engine computer tool. An LR specific mechanic should be able to do it.
If you put another ECU in without doing this it will not start.
