Default Wont turn over just clicks

Have a 2000 disco. Got in it to crank and nothing. Has lots of power (battery) but all that happens is i can hear some relays clicking. One under the driver side dash and one (yellow) relay under the drivers seat. may be more. When i turn to the last crank cycle it seams like it drains the power from the electrical system. maybe starter shorting out? Anybody run accross this before?

you should be able to jump it and get it running. get it going first and then make sure nothing was left on.

How do you know it is not the battery???
Go get it charged and tested if you want to quit wasting your time.
When reinstalling make sure the cables are clean and tight.
