Edit to my post above: Looks like it has stock radio. That is great find #2 (no rust #1). less messing with wiring fixes! a few bits here and there and it can be really nice. And #3...400$! perfect!
so many of the things you listed are really minor fixes, plastic parts. The headlight 'inexpensive' plastic holders are usually broken because the retaining screws are rusted or stripped out of the body panel. You can drill holes and use speed nuts and stainless screws...
