I put an OME heavy duty lift and some 1" spacers from atlantic british?

You should be pushing 3" with that, and to my knowlegde, you should be ok. Watch the brake lines, though. I think you are on the edge of needing to extend.

Up to 3"s you will be fine.
How maqny miles on your truck? If you are over 60K, you might consider replacing your rubber brake hoses with some new stainless steel line that will also help with the lift.
As for the drive shafts, all you need to do is have the front shaft rebuilt, if not already done, using u-joints with grease fittings in the double cardon.
What year is your truck?
