Not sure of the size but I will tell you that I took my old cats to a recycle center and got $120 for one and $85 for the other!!!!

Not bad at all, thats more than 1/2 of what I paid for the new ones.

I think for the bolts I will just have to grab a few different sizes, any idea if they are metric or english?

Default Parts have arrived...

I got my new y-pipe and noticed that it doesn't have a heat shield on the drivers side cat. I guess i'll be putting in my CDL instead this weekend. I contacted the seller, i'll keep the thread updated for anybody who is in the market for one of these.

Unless i'm seeing things the ebay listing image definitely shows a heat shield on there...

Yup, that's exactly how mine unit showed up at the door, no heat shield. Have fun peeling that sticker off the drivers side cat. I think mine is still burning off.

Have you had issues with anything around the cats getting too hot?

James,
I have had mine on for about 5 months now and do not have the heat shield and have had no issues.

I will tell you that it is a little louder since they are smaller cats though.

Agreed. It is a bit louder (more of a hollowed out sound). To date I've had no issues with heat.
