Default 2017 Disco GPS Updating

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to flash the software system in the gps/infotainment thing, Thought I read it somewhere, thought it was this forum but can't find it again.

Cheers,
Stu.

I'll get a picture of the dash, not sure what the model is called. I wasn't referring to an update of the maps I was thinking of modifying the software so that it is compatible with an Android phone to use Google maps.

Thanks for the info, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Do you know when it became possible?

You can add Apple CarPlay/Android Auto to a Land Rover Disco Sport with Harman Entertainment or the Bosch system with this device - but oyou must choose the correct one

Has anyone tried this product?

I am definitely interested in installing this, but saw some reviews that said it was a HEADACHE. Also, not sure I want to take it on myself.
Anyone have an idea of how much additional it would cost to have an install place do it?
