Default Disco sport 2019- brakes and rotors?

I have just 29k miles. Was just told by service dept at lr that I need new rear brake pads and rotors.. at $900. They said they don't do turning of rotors..
also want me to do brake fluid change, and an ac/fluids service. Plus they said I need all new tires...
Can someone quickly let me know about the rotors? Was not expecting over 2k in work for a3 year old car with just 30k miles on it

The rear brakes in a Discovery wear faster than the fronts so 30,000 miles is about right and a brake fluid change is recommended for most European cars every 2 years.

But any Brake shop can do the work and any tire shop can recommend tires if needed.
