My Discovery Sport SE got flagged for the front driving lights not working. I took it to two local dealers were not able to diagnose the issue - one said I have an incorrect headlight assembly, the other had no idea but suggested I have a broader electrical issue.

I've included a video of starting the vehicle and running it through the headlight options, which don't have any affect.

Any recommendations for diagnosing the issue? I'm hoping not to spend huge $$ at the dealer and I'm not confident replacing the lights will make any difference.
