So RR Newbie here. I bought a 2018 Range Rover Sport in a private sale. 2 problems:

1. Love th car but upper screen has name of prior owner. Went to Incontrol and changed all info to me. Still says old owners name in upper left of upper screen.

2. When I start car rear climate goes to fan #7 blasting away. Have stop it manually each time. Am i missing someting? How do I stop this?

Any help is appreciataed.
