WFPDK is TPS system and related circuit. Since your problem is only when the A/C, my guess is the A/C is causing a voltage/current drain. New ground like Boostle says may help. I’d also check the ground from the battery to the engine block - if it is not a solid point it can cause a bunch of issues. Have also heard of adding additional ground from block to body.
Unfortunately, Boostle your idea didn’t work for me :-(. It actually is now seems to be making the four lights come on with AC off. I’ll add the additional body to block grounding wire next as Captain Aaron suggested.
here is a quick diagram of the grounding wires. Maybe it will show some glaring mistakes.

All wires being used are 2 awg with exception of the headlight ground 4awg and head ground is a small grounding strap.
thanks again for the help.

Where is your main block ground located? Is it tight? Clean?

It’s all new when I did the swap. This is a pic from month ago, only difference is the ground strap to body was moved to the outside bolt.

Watching a few YouTube videos. See some talk about high output alternators needing a ground to chassis connection run.

Where is ground bolted to on the block, somewhere near the alternator? Unpainted part?

Appreciate the help CaptainAaron. The block ground from the terminal block. Yes paint removed on the block and it is located on passenger side of motor towards the front below Alternator.

Issue Resolved - M&S, TC, Hill Decent lights. CaptainAaron thanks for the help again. So my mechanic focused on the TPS (WFPDK error) and found that the cause of this error was due to the GM TPS voltage being outside what the Rover side was looking for (see below). As I understand the GM TPS works from 0-5volts. The Rover side .195-4.83volts. According to my mechanic all that needed to be done to resolve this issue was adjusting the Throttle blade screw open some which brought the TPS voltage up within the parameters to make Rover side happy.
I’ve been driving for 4-5 days with A/C, lights, stereo on and not one issue.

This post was a big help. Thank you!
it seems I ran my CPS wire to close to the alt wiring. Moved it and using a shielding wrap solved it for me.

Default M+S is killing my summer plans.

I have finished the ACE swap. These light came up after it’s been running great. As I’m cleaning up cooler lines and fixing loose clamps I get these lights and limp modes I’m almost certain it’s the CPS as that’s the first code in the trans. N MOT. funny thing is I had the harness zip tied to the battery feed to starter and no issues. But I needed to re-route a cooler hose so it got kind left hanging there away from the power harness and NOW I get these issues. Anywho is there any pics of an installed CPS. My ace install guide says to move the CPS in front of the tone ring. I have replaced the CPS got a good gap it starts every time but in front is confusing me a bit. I see kinda of a flat spot in the sensor but unsure about the in front part. TIA
