Could use an Experience at the Dealership forum
How about a forum for some of us to discuss experiences w/ the LR dealership? Seems to me a good dealership is hard to find and if people have had good or bad experience there is no way to tell the whole group of us. I just paid $150 for an oil change on my LR4, and found out it wasn't done. It seems like I can only tell this to fellow LR4 owners and not to all rover owners to see how often something like this happens.

Now there's a thought for you - why don't you not start two separate threads - one for rotten Rover service today, and the other for great Rover service today. Along the line of the popular "what did you do to your Disco" threads. Name names, let the chips fall where they may. People love to brag on what a great job "Mr. Wonderwrench" did for them, and a few others will want to point out what "Mr. Robin Bastid" did not do for them.
Of course you must realize that while some will post in anger, most that post won't do a follow up to show resolution. That is not real fair to the dealer or indy shop who may have resolved the problem; roasted the service manager over used motor oil; buried the mechanic; auctioned off his tools; and impaled the parts manager with a front propshaft. The average angry customer will tell 3 people, the average very happy customer will tell like 11. So reading about a bad time someone had sixteen months ago might not be current for today.
