2002 model. Many thanks to the poster re the cam sensor. Seems to have done the trick..but......I still dont trust the car so I have fooled it by doing the following...I leave a key in the ignition then lock the car with my second/duplicate key via the door lock...no pressing the remote!!! I also drape a towel over the steering wheel to conceal the fact that there is a key in the ignition. In Australia the towel thing is quite common given the strong sun so noone would think it unusual. Being a LR owner is a bit like being a POW. You have to think outside the square to survive! cheers
