Having trouble closing the rear door on a 5 Door Station Wagon, sometimes coses, sometimes bounces straight back at me, other times it part closes and you have to give it a nudge.

Is there any easy solution to look for, or am i looking at replacing locks, catches and brackets etc ????

Sounds like the latch on the door might need to be replaced. Aslo make sure the bracket that the latch closes on is lined up with the door latch.

 

Make sure the window is dropping once you release the latch sometimes the window regulator stall and it makes it a bitch to close easily tested by the switch in the center console
