I recently took my softback roof off and when putting it back on my rear window will not go back up - help!

I have tried the manual suggestions of using the key in the rear door and also when disconnecting the battery and reconnecting I
get the error beep. there just does not seem to be anyway for me to get it back up. Can anyone help with a suggestion on how to fix this.... its raining!!!!

You will have to take the roof off again and put it back on.There is a small microswitch in the righthand side sealing rubber that has not been pressed by the roof when putting it back the first time.
