Default Rough Idle when cold

Hello everyone, first time in the Freelander section since spend most of my time in the LR3 side. Picked up a new to me 2002 Freelander with the 2.5 KV6 engine where someone has messed around with the air intake system putting it together using a massive amount of RTV silicon instead of replacing the seals and gaskets and Mickey mousing the vacuum system. Got it all put together properly with new gaskets, seals, coil packs, spark plugs and spark plug boot and wires plus new hoses and fittings it starts and runs fine after a few minutes of warming up but when starting cold, it seems to idle on 5 cylinders but no cylinder misfire codes or any codes for that matter. After warming it up for about 5 minutes, it idles normal. I measured voltage signals from the O2 sensors on both banks and it is within operating range. Anyone experience this anomaly on their FL1? Thanks in advance for any input.
