Default Shuddering on take off , especially when turning

Hi.
I have 2014 Freelander 2 HSE and had transmissions errors in Feb showing up. Local garage replaced the pump for the haldex unit and all was well for say a month. Then noticed same shuddering when starting off, especially when coming out of junctions, and wheels turned left or right. NO warninig or error messages at at all. No issues once in a straight line or going round bends etc. Back to the garage and a reconditioned Haldex unit installed. All well for a couple of weeks and then same issue. not a bad shuddering, no noise at all, but you can feel something grinding, rubbing or not engaging properly. back to the garage who were advised form the supplier of the recon Haldex that there may be a problem with the filters and he rpelaced them. No change. still the same issue. Garage trying to contact the supplier at the minute but looks as lockdown has closed them down. Any ideas of what tests I can run to see what the issue is and try and help the garage.?

To be honest the Haldex was my first guess. It sounds like your mechanic is heading down the right path.

Question Freelander 2 Haldex

I have had my 2013 F2 since new and regularly serviced / maintained. Last September I had “traction lost” warning which went out after about an hour. I did not notice any loss of traction. Had it checked out = nothing untoward found. The Haldex Pump was checked and oil levels okay.
A few weeks later I noticed a judder / thump from rear end when pulling away at junction and turning left or right, no other sensations when driving ahead or reversing. Had it checked out and was told the Haldex was “grabbing”. However, the problem is intermittent in sound, sensation or regularity.
i have read that disconnecting a fuse and repeating exercise would confirm if Haldex is faulty or not.
Is this same issue as others? Solution?
