Default Trouble Code: P1605

Check engine light has come back on with the usual suspects that will be dealt with tomorrow but 1605 is a new one. Anyone know what this is?

I believe that fault is for the transmission ecu. It is Internal EEPROM Fault. Clear it and see if it returns. If it doesn't then don't sweat it, if it does, then dig deeper.

Code cleared, so far so good, replaced the evap purge valve today too to correct the 147* codes. So naturally I have a new problem, SRS light is on and OBD scanner comes up with nothing. Time to search the forums archives as I'm sure I've seen this posted before.

For the SRS light, you will need T4. I haven't seenthe SRS light on in many Freelanders, so my memory is a little foggy. Let me know what fault you come up with.

Yikes, by T4 we're talking Testbook or similar here right? Don't have one of those laying around the house, I'll have to see about getting it into a shop sometime unless there's an affordable version available.
