Default 01' Range Rover misfiring mult cyl, please help

My RR is misfiring on about 5-6 cyl. I just paid 310.00 to have the spark plugs replaced, and that did not seem to rememdy it at all. The shop then tried charging an extra 400 to replace the wires. I said no, and left. I want to change the wires, but with that many misfires, I am thinking it is the coils that need replacing. The trouble codes I got were: 1300, 303, 300, 302, 304, and 307. Can someone please shed some light on this?

Thanks!!

you should have let the shop do the wires. if they had, and it turned out to tbe the coil, its on them, anyway, you need to check it out, see if youre getting spark, see how bad its missing... 2 and 3, and 4 and 7 use the same coils (the car has 4, 1 for each 2 cyl.) so it could be coils, but it needs to be properly checked out.

Try spraying the wires and coils down with a water mist from a spray bottle.
Do this in a darkened area. You will see a bunch of sparks leaping around the place if the wires or coils are shorting out.

Word to the wise.. next time do your own wires and plugs.. If they already did the spark plugs.. {im curious to know what kind they install} then you need to have the plugs done also.. Coils could also be a issue.. Check the battery also.. rovers kill batteries and one that doesnt have enough juice will cause misfiring.. what condition is ur cataylitic convertor in
