Default 1999 Range Rover 4.0SE (Window won't set)

I need some help; i brought my rover to get the windows tinted at a tint shop in my neighborhood. When i picked up the rover i noticed the rear left window was not set but all the others were set. When i try to set the window i keep getting the "LR window not set" message. The window works fine, it opens and closes but every time i put the key in the ignition i get this annoying "LR window not set" message and every time i turn off the rover i see the same message again.

Does anyone have any idea why one window will be not set and all the other work fine and why is it when i try to reset it by dropping and raising the window it wont set? How do i set this window?
Thank You

Every once in a while I have the same issue. When I change the battery or it dies I need to reset them all. For some reason I have one that is always hard to do. I only just keep doing it until eventually it realizes it and sets. I wish I had better direction for you. You may also want to try to open it all the way and then shut off the car and leave it for a few minutes. Then come back and close it and then try to reset again. I know it sounds weird but it has worked on mine a couple of times.

Mine used to do this on the Drivers side window. In my case it was a bad connection at the plug on the drivers outstation.

Thanks Rob- I will try it later on tonight.
Wilson, I will try Rob's suggestion over the course of a few days and if it doesn’t work I will check the connections.

Hi Guys:
So i tried Rob's suggestion listed here, (You may also want to try to open it all the way and then shut off the car and leave it for a few minutes. Then come back and close it and then try to reset again. I know it sounds weird but it has worked on mine a couple of times) but it didnt work; however, while drivin yesterday i tried resetting it the normal way by dropping it to its lowest point and closing it and it worked. I don't know why it wasn't working before but it is set now. Thanks for your time guys.
