Default 1999 Range Rover HSE suspension help!!!

Ok, so for all the people that have been helping me along the way thank you. Now for the bad, I just got done rebuilding the compressor and the valve block on my Rangie but she wont come off the bump stops. No leaks on the valve block (checked with soapy water) no leaks on the front air bags (also soapy) could not access the rear air springs the car is too low. It seems like the front of the car starts to come up then sags back down. I'm thinking bad rear air bags? Is it lifting then leveling with the rear? Also I could not find the reservoir tank for the compressor so I haven't changed those O'rings yet. Any insight would be appreciated.

What are you using to reset the computer from the EAS fault?

I actually don't have any faults right now which is weird. I'm thinking a faulty air bag?

Have you tried to manually fill the bag by disconnecting each airline and filling them individually?

Normally the computer will shut down the air system if it sees a fault.
