Default 2006 Range Rover noise

Hi all,
The Rangie is doing great, but have noticed a noise on startup, sounds like a cross between a ref's whistle and a chirp. Lasts anywhere from 5 seconds to 20 seconds, then done. It happens irrespective of whether the climate control is on or off. Ideas? Thanks!

Belt squeal from serpantine belt? Can slip off belt to confirm, could be belt or idler pulley about to poop.

Serpentine belt and idler pulley just replaced recently, due to a different squeak.

two things, if the correct pulley was replaced then it might be the ecu fan underneath the engine ecu. See that big plastic box on the passenger side, pull the screws out and underneath the ecu is a small fan that makes cool air come up and cool off the ecu. That might be your culprit.
